FAQ on Bulk Ordering

1. What is the ordering process? 

You will select the items you are interested in purchasing and put them into your cart on MentalHealthclothing.com then we will send you a Promo code which will drop the price to the discounted price. 


2. What is the payment process? 

The Payment process has to be completed on the website. 

We DO NOT take Check 


3. What is the discounted Bulk price?

Once you share with me exactly what items ( and sizes) you are interested in we can give you an accurate quote. The discounted price can vary per item depending on the amount of items you purchase (the more items you purchase the higher the discount is). 


4. What information is needed to place an order or receive a price quote? 

We need to know:

+ How many items you are looking to receive 

+ Sizes of Shirts 

+ Location items are being sent


5. Who makes the shirts/ items?

Staff for Mental Health Apparel 


6. How are shirts mailed to us? 

United States Postal Service (USPS)

If you're located in New Jersey we can deliver the items in person or with USPS


7. What material is used for items? 

Vinyl or Screen Printing 


8. How long is your turnaround time?

7-10 business days for Bulk orders. Can take longer depending on the size of the order 


9. What items on the website are available for Bulk orders? 

ALL items even the ones that say "Sold Out"


10. Can I design my own items? 

NO 


11. Where are you located? 

New Jersey but ship orders all throughout the USA. 


12. How many items make a Bulk Order? 

Ten items or more 


13. Can I make split Payments? 

Yes but the order will not be started until the entire payment is submitted. 


14. Can we Mix and Match my order? 

Yes


15. Can I request different colors for items? 

Yes
